What hydro jetting does

Hydro jetting sends a high-pressure stream of water through a drain or sewer line to scour away what has built up on the inside of the pipe: heavy grease, sludge, scale and debris.

A cable machine opens a path through a clog; jetting is aimed at the buildup along the pipe walls. That makes it a common next step when a line keeps narrowing and backing up again after it has been cleared.

When it’s the right call

Hydro jetting is ideal when ordinary clearing is not enough or buildup repeatedly returns. If the cause of the trouble isn’t clear, a camera inspection can show what is inside the line and where, so the right service is chosen before work starts.
